Hotel Viertler strives to make its website www.hotel-viertler.com as accessible as possible in accordance with the current version of the Accessibility Act (BaFG), which implements Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

Non-accessible Content
The following content is not fully accessible for the reasons listed below:

• Incompatibility with accessibility requirements:
  Some PDF documents on our website (e.g. brochures, price lists) are currently not fully accessible.
  If you need assistance with these documents, please contact us at info@hotel-viertler.com – we will provide the content in the most accessible format possible.
• Partial contrast errors:
  Some texts and graphical elements currently lack sufficient color contrast, which may impair readability.
  We are actively working on optimizing visual presentation for all users. If you encounter difficulties reading specific content, please let us know – we are happy to assist and can provide the information in a suitable format.
• Disproportionate burden:
  Due to technical and economic constraints, we are currently unable to make all older content (such as PDF or Word documents) fully accessible. However, we are continuously working to ensure that all new content complies with accessibility standards.
• Content not covered by the directive:
  Older documents and content published before June 28, 2025, are not subject to the legal requirements according to the BaFG. A retroactive full accessibility adaptation is currently not planned for these materials.
• Third-party content:
  Our website includes services and content from external providers (e.g. booking systems, maps, embedded videos). As we do not create, fund, or control this content, we cannot guarantee its accessibility.
